A reminder Pierre says #LGBTQ have no rights but parents do. He’s dead wrong for both. The Supreme Court says the right to be a parent or to control your child isn’t in the Charter. The courts said the right of a parent to parent can be found in Section 7, but it’s never absolute b/c at the same time, a child is a human being not property & every human being has civil rights & charter rights. Those rights exist independent of parents.
