yes, prepayment, you would pay ahead, so you can scale up the minimum size to some reasonable rate... i calculated this last year, i forget what i figured out, but it's cheap, like less than 10 sats a megabyte or something on average - just look at the bottom end of metered internet access rates, that is a reasonable place to start
