Fiat Food really is a great wake up to making significant changes to diet. It all feels very similar to personal BTC adoption... in the beginning it is a discovery phase, maybe trialing a small purchase just to see how it works, then comes 100s of hours of learning, followed by chasing how to completely change the standard I live on... it's not easy to end the addiction on sugars, fiat oils was a bit easier to kill the desire (buy they're in EVERYTHING) ugh...
it's nice to read how the experiences of others on NOSTR are going... Keep it up Ben!
