Well I’m impressed with my dinner, that I didn’t make!
Shopping yesterday in Aldi & came across a prepaid meal in the cooler area. Chicken in chipotle sauce with basmati rice, there was also some pickled cabbage in there. I knew I’d want something easy for tonight, it ticked the boxes & decided to try it $7-8, not too bad for one. I had some left over roast carrot & tomato that I heated through & then heated the meal - it was delicious. I couldn’t eat it all, so I have some leftovers. #CheapMeal #Food
