Your assumption that its all on the instance moderators and admins means that you think its absolutely normal to have surges of N words. The only reason it happens is that we haven't blocked the right instance or done the right thing or whatever. There are platforms like Twitter where there is essentially no moderation at this point and people can create as many accounts as they want and I haven't had this level of N word hurled.
