Poor sod was so sure that Bitcoin was going to go up that he borrowed enough fiat to buy 99.2 Bitcoin. However, lenders aren't about to risk losing their principal, so when the price went down far enough, he was forced to sell everything just to pay the lenders back, losing all of his own money that he'd put into the deal, as well.
