The number of small birds have increased a lot lately, we can see 5-6 of them queueing on the fence for the peanuts almost at any time. The fat balls aren't that popular as far as I can see but I put a new one on Monday, yesterday there was some, this morning there weren't any.
I might point the wildlife camera to it and see if there are different animals visiting. I don't think a rat could easily reach out to where I nailed the thing on the fence - probs I'm wrong.
