one of the coolest photoshoots i ever did was when a guy who was way way way better than i am at photography picked up one of my strobes and held it over the model and turned it so that only one of the edges was aimed towards her and had me shoot. super eye opening. edge lighting is wizardry, and having another human holding the light for you can be super super helpful
