Like with eggs. He likes his eggs creamy, I like my eggs creamy. Husband likes his eggs MANLY. He just tosses them into a pan, pokes with spatula until they turn thick and preferably black and then he's satisfied with his breakfast.

We like our eggs with pepper added prior so it blends, quickly whisked with a bit of sour cream in the end, not watery but very moist, onion (preferably shallot) caramelized and not burnt, I saw Gordon Ramsay's bit on it and it's the right way, I won't shut up, you shut up!
Now the cubs are at grandma's and my husband was so looking forward to have breakfast without our son's bs.🤌 And the look on his face when he realized I'm still here🤣
