Relatedly, it continues to be the case the privilege call-outs I see are quite silly.
Everyone I know who does this does it because they grew up poor and building these habits is a major reason they're not poor. What a privilege!
And who's being taken advantage of here? Car dealerships making millions, rich folks who don't care about cost (the last deal I got was on table from a 22 y/o who could afford a $15k table; should give him extra $ to offset my privilege of having grown up poor?), etc.
