I wonder what the real story with Edward Lin is. He is confirmed to have been working with the VPU-2 unit, but smuggling anything out of those 'SCIFs' would be very difficult. He managed to get data onto flash drives.
I bet there are more videos out there which showed the payload being delivered to wherever it went.
