For any area where we have at least 1 Wi-Fi AP as a seed, we can easily crawl a huge area around it from Apple's API so we can build an enormous database of Wi-Fi APs. We need seed data for crawling Apple's database. As far as we know, BeaconDB doesn't plan on publishing the data in a format where we could use it. It's why we didn't keep talking about it.",
