I am those people… I had a cheap one once didn’t know how to use it properly I suppose so I burned a lot of rice. Eventually, learned how to get perfect results in a pot instead and stopped using it. Then I got a crock pot as a gift… again saw no use for it. Finally, I got an instant pot and that was life changing! So many quick and easy meals were made in that device ☺️
