So yesterday was just awful. Watching colleagues on Teams break down on camera as they got their emails saying they’re being made redundant. This, after the staff forum in which we were effectively silenced and had to hear a member of management say ‘we’re all in the same boat’.
I don’t know until Wednesday if I’m safe but I’m not hopeful. #academia is brutal. Please send solidarity.
