First day back on my #ADHD meds.
I chose to work from home today just in case. Probably a good idea. It's hard to work right now because I'm too astonished at how QUIET my head is.
I'm tearing up. For six months my head has been so horrifically noisy. I've felt like I'm in a crowded room even when I'm sitting in silence.
Now everything is quiet and slow, and it's such a relief. Like coming home after a long, busy, stressful day.
