if we can trust the state to continue to honor the constitution, yeah.
seems like we caught a break with 47 and the US is probably good for 10 more years.
but increasing thinking about Uruguay or someplace where one might NOT have state protections,
but it's more your own responsibility to know what the situation is and set yourself up to be ungovernable.
