I bet most people sleep in rooms that are too warm. My sleep improved a lot by sleeping in a cold room. We don’t use any heat in our bedrooms in the winter - just blankets instead and I sleep like a rock. In the summer there’s a noticeable difference between when we don’t run ac and when I have ac on.
My sleep improved a lot. I woke up feel energized and happy.
