What do you mean a difference? You talk about how posts you don't be able to see people's posts because they're shadow banning people. If that's so... the only solution is the client. That's why you can't find many clients. But it's also built into the protocol layer as well with the nips. Don't know how the nips work, specifically. I look at them and try to figure out what they're trying to accomplish. There's some of them that's for sexual, exclusive content bullshit.
