That is not the best for everyone. 99% of people buying a new phone would be best served by something like the Pixel 8 or Pixel 8a for half the price. 7 years of software support, the fastest Android updates, and great cameras. Hardly anyone should be spending $1,000 on a phone—and nobody *needs* to.
