Some days I can be ambitious.
Stories to write. Monsters to slay. Worlds to conquer.
Some days I have to measure success by just surviving.
There's a Zen quality to simply being.
I'm coming to appreciate it doesn't mean sitting in a corner.
It means being in the moment, tending to the things that need tending. Ignoring those things that don't. Having the focus to recognize which is which.
