Non-developers believe that ChatGPT etc can write good code.
Non-artists believe that Midjourney etc can produce good visual art.
Non-musicians believe whatever other crap can produce good music.
So, here's a test that I think should make what's going on clear for everybody:
Ask an LLM to create an original joke. See how funny it is.
UPDATE with PSA: Please don't actually try. They aren't funny and they will never be, so trying and trying only emits CO2.
