While the #housingcrisis continues across the UK in the 'super-prime' segment of London's housing market (homes over £5mn), while dropping from a record high last year, sales remain around 67% higher that the pre-pandemic average in the 3 years to 2019.
This segment of the market is dominated by cash buyers, so while London remains a playground for the super-rich perhaps more notable is the London property allows cash surpluses (of any origin) to be parked & washed!
