Congrats! Its interesting how that works sometimes: the stars align and what ought to be a budget guitar turns out to be a gem. It's always a pleasure to hear when someone finds one.
A friend has a Yamaha FG-something dreadnought from the 1970s that he picked up for a mere $45 in the 80s because it had been left out in the rain. Yet I swear that instrument is the best-recording dreadnought I have *ever* dealt with.
