The years def turned a corner .its light now before 9 am even on dull days and not dark until almost 5pm .Though we still get the beautiful golden pre sunset winter light ,the daylights getting stronger and hopefully we have seen the last of the daytime severe sub zero temperatures for winter, overnight frosts will carry on until late May but at least the days will get less cold .More hens have started laying (and one cockeral ,so I will need to rethink its sex :) )
