So I made this thing that takes the top 1000 Wikipedia articles (by views) for a given date, does some analysis based on a 7-day page view median, and then sorts the articles by bump instead of view counts.
I'm also dividing the list by the P31 Wikidata property "instance of" to make exploration easier. You can definitely see current events shaping view counts.
