Some of them work very closely (at least mastodon.radio and mastodon.hams.social and probably one or two more) and have some kind of link so that the local timelines are common.
There is a Ham Radio Workbench episode where Christopher (admin mastodon.radio) is a guest and Smitty (admin of mastodon.hams.social) is one of the hosts.
