Just learned that WordPress has a built-in public OPML endpoint at /wp-links-opml.php!
Doesn’t mean Feed Reader’s OPML endpoints are useless, though, as they’re different for each user (and list that user’s actual subscriptions, rather than anything in WordPress’ Links Manager).
