I recently discovered QSOUND which is a spatial sound technology from the 80's and 90's. Been listening to a mix of Madonna (The Immaculate Collection) and Pink Floyd (Pulse live album) that mastered a few of their albums in it. It sounds a lot better than regular stereo. Shame it never caught on tbh.
