Now that Fox settled with Dominion, they turn to their next court case - Smartmatic.

Smartmatic begins its case against Fox armed with everything revealed in the Dominion case. Smartmatic now knows where most of the bodies are buried.

They know which holes to dig in and which to avoid.

Fox held on til the last second to settle with Dominion. They had zero choice.

Fox won't have the luxury of waiting on Smartmatic. They can't afford any more discovery. What if we all get to peer behind the redactions in the Dominion docs?

Fox doesn't think they're out of the woods - not by a long shot.

From Fox's POV, the woods just god darker, deeper and way more expensive to travel through.
