Tomorrow seems like a good day to see if my knee has healed at all in the last 40 days. That's plenty of time. Also, the temps will be much lower, a chilly 87f 🥶
I don't feel like the 1 mile test runs I've been doing on the treadmill are sufficient. I want to know how it feels in the mountains.
