You don’t have to live at extremes like the ops, it’s not sustainable. You can occasionally eat junk food, get wasted, be lazy, as long as overall you maintain discipline and that is the exception to the rule. Sober life is cope for addicts. Blaming seed oils is cope for eating too much and never exercising . If you eat out ever, they are in everything. Just live a little, it’s all good. God wouldn’t give us drug receptors if he didn’t want us to get high
