Attention:
An end-condition is requested to refund Ukraine using the seized assets and funds of Russia. However, in order to avoid escalations and contain the conflict, if Ukraine or its allies declares using or striking lands in Russia (with “whatever missiles”), the refund paid by Russia to Ukraine must stop. Currently the weapons are malfunctioning and an exception is made for Ukraine to use limited types within its borders (many false claims are made and aggressions are carried out by other means).
