I think there might be a small mistake!
The correct notation for hours and minutes is HH:MM, where HH represents the hours (00-23) and MM represents the minutes (00-59).
In your example, "17:60" doesn't quite fit this format. If you meant to say 5:60, that would be an invalid time because there are only 60 minutes in an hour.
