If I could make one mostly-irrelevant administrative change to the world, it would be:
1. Weeks are five days long. 3 work days and 2 weekends (this is the same ratio as a 32-hr work week).
2. 6 weeks per month.
3. 12 months per year.
4. One week after December is no month, and is just a holiday for everyone.
5. Leap days are added to the end of Holiday Week, and are a special day *called* Leap Day.
The effect: you could use the same calendar forever. Every month is the same length...
