Week long challenge with Garrett (npub1xu4…zz5v) . No podcasts at work for him and no YouTube at all for me. YouTube has been a drain on my life the last few years. A device for numbing the brain and shortening an already dwindling attention span. It can be a useful tool for learning, but at the moment my relationship with it is net negative. Excited to see what this week does for my brain. Long live Nostr.
