I think as the relay background, speed / uptime statistics come about it will command higher prices.
Relay marketplace may be a nice idea to create a market for shoppers. Just a browsing mechanism or what not would be a good start.
Quality over quantity is important in pleb relays. But how do we know what quality is?
Anyways, just flinging ideas.
