Hi Aral, We have paid the duties and taxes. I have been told by Sean that you MUST NOT PAY THE TAXES BECAUSE YOU WONT GET THAT BACK. FROM THE GOV. The problem is someone at the courier hasn't read that we have already payed the taxes.
I truly hope this message has got to you in time! I am looking for ways to make it obvious to customs officials that our shipments have already had their taxes paid so this doesn't happen in the future.
