I cannot recommend "What's Our Problem?" by Tim Urban enough. This book has been a total game-changer for the way I view and approach politics at large. It doesn't make any recommendations or opinions on politics -- instead, it spends the entire book talking about how to THINK about them.
I read it once and am on my second read thanks to current events. It helps keep me grounded.
