Democrats in Congress as an opposition party have exactly one job as bare minimum: Procedural delays and vote no on everything that isn't an absolute Must Pass, and even the Must Pass has to have a Lot of concessions. Basically, treat the Republicans exactly the same as Republicans treat Democrats. It should be SUCH an easy job, and yet.......
