I heard that #Immich was acquired and now has a paid license model. 🙄
Yes, but...
- It's a one-time purchase
- It's completely optional, having a license does nothing but feel good I guess.
- It's $25 flat for a single user or $100 for unlimited users.
- It's basically a donation disguised as a license.
I think this is fair. I hope the model works out. #OpenSource developers must be paid somehow. I want to buy a license when I set it up for myself.
