If you want to delete it ralf (npub1ezw…jmeg), then just delete it. Some nostr apps hide the delete functionality, but it’s part of the core functionality and works.
That said, content warnings are a way we make nostr work for different kinds of people and communities. You can choose if you want to see the warnings or not. Twitter was the biggest porn site on the internet, but did a really good job at not accidentally showing porn to people who weren’t looking for it.
