I hate how systemd handles DHCP:
1. I configure a network interface statically
2. it still does DHCP
3. DHCP provides an IP address to a NTP server
4. there is no NTP for this IP address
5. the IP address will still be passed to timesyncd
6. time goes out of sync
There is no way to globally change the default behavior.
