Room with a view: The basic - and often overlooked - way to help staff wellbeing
Like improving the view from an office is easy? Apart from redesigning the layout so the bosses don't hog the windows (sure, that's going to happen!) You then have to fix the outside over which you have no control. But even a great view won't fix a long commute and obnoxious coworkers. WFH does, though.
