Belated baking post:
I made lingonberry pie today! I used my normal pie dough for it, poured frozen lingonberries on top and pushed them down in the dough with the backside of a spoon (to make them not float on it and to not dry up in the oven).
It was a success! I didn't add much sugar on the dough and none at the top, because I love lingonberries. They taste kinda sour or tangy? I don't know what the word is... Most people drown them in sugar and ruin the unique taste.
