PM Koshida this week: “Japan is on the verge of whether we can continue to function as a society,”
Efforts to turn around their population collapse could be summarized by a plea to have babies and some financial incentives.
Neither will work in my opinion, nor have they been working.
Really want more kids to be born? Value them genuinely and encourage a healthy habitat for them, the family. Values are caught by younger generations, not taught to them. You can’t fake values.
Birthrate declines all over the world will not reverse until children are genuinely valued. 🤙
