Qatar supplied the funding for the civil needs and offered banking for some high ranking hamas, this is what you refer to. Iran procured weapons and smuggled them into Gaza, same as they did with Hezbollah and Lebanon as part of their "ring of fire" encirclement strategy.
This strategy is now crashing and burning -- perhaps the evil ayatollah's regime, oppressors of the beautiful Iranian people will be the next to go? Or will it be hamas after implementation of President Trump's excellent plan for the rehabilitation of Gaza, it's difficult to say...
