My lower back and leg have been killing me since yesterday. It started with a "cramp" in my lower back and it went down my leg.
Almost felt like when my disks exploded.
Took 2 CBD pills today and just like that it's manageable. Even better than taking Aleve (which usually kills all pain for me).
Now I can walk and stretch out the muscles to get better quicker.
