Bar counsel pressing Eastman on his claim states might be able to decertify 2020 elec mos or even yrs after-the-fact. Eastman hedges, says it's "uncharted territory" &has never been tested but thinks it could be done under certain circumstances.
.. says might still be poss today for states to decertify their 2020 votes, force procedures that wd remove BIden from office. He says constit is silent on it so "common law" wd require this outcome if states took this step
