I think that we already have a good balance for this when we banned smoking in doors because of poor ventilation and second-hand health complications. They should be able to have designated smoking areas outside in the pub gardens or outside their workplace to gather for a smoke.
Also, expecting Labour to tread more lightly on peoples lives is a joke. They are socialists.
