If there is "international law," how can it be sanctioned?
Me thinks there is no "international law."
It could some form of masquerade.

USA sanctions on the ICC:
- chief prosecutor lost access to email, after Microsoft turned it offf.
- His bank accounts have been frozen too.
- Some non-governmental organisations have stopped working with the ICC and the leaders of one will not even reply to emails from court officials.
Since Trump’s sanctions, the court’s staff, including other top judges, have suffered severe restrictions on their work and personal lives.
